We strive to get your kedis products out to you as quickly and cost effectively as possible

That’s why shipping is FREE OF CHARGE, and all attempts are made to deliver within 2 business days in Metro Melbourne, and within 4 business days to metro Australian areas outside of Melbourne.

We ship all Australian orders through Fastway and Australian Post Shipping service. This allows for the quickest possible shipping times and the cheapest rates, allowing us to offer flat rate shipping.

All orders are tracked and require signature on arrival. If you are not available to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left by Fastways. Just get in contact with them and they will redeliver and can leave the goods without a signature with your approval

We process orders Monday through Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM AEDT) in the order they are received, following credit approval. For Australian Metro orders received prior to 12pm we strive to have your package ready for shipment the same day. For Metro orders received after 12pm, we ship the next business day

We ship international orders using the AusPost International service, and regularly ship packages all over the world. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
