Returns and refund Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If your item is faulty upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a web store credit.
All returns are subject to our receipt of the item within 10 days of purchase with an original proof of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and - unless damaged prior to your receiving them - must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
Returns are at the cost of the purchaser. Kedis will reimburse this cost on return if the candle is deemed faulty or not in the condition advertised.
Kedis will not refund for change of mind or not liking the scent of a product as this is not deemed as faulty, please check all details carefully before ordering.
